Due to the Covid-19, our protocol is as follows, wearing masks when indoors a temperature check before arriving on the job site. We want to stay safe and to keep our customers safe is our main concern during this time if there is a need we have the right to cancel any appointments in keeping our tech and customers healthy.
Cancellation Policy: The customer will be subject to payment by 50 % for all scheduled services if a cancellation has not confirmed a minimum of three (3) working days. The customer is responsible for clearing all furnishings blocking access to the window. We reserve the right to postpone service dates due to extreme weather or premise conditions that may affect the safety of our employees.
All payments are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to apply any late fees to all services provided. We accept cash, check, and credit card payment.
